When and Where are the Fireworks?


The 2021 fireworks will be on July 11th at the Northpoint Field. Viewing is available surrounding Anderson Golf Course. NOTE: Spectators are not allowed on site at Anderson Golf Course. The best bet to watch is Northpoint Plaza, Kroger, Walmart, Star Ford, Streator Moose Lodge, Starved Rock Motor Inn, or any open parking areas surrounding Anderson. What is the concert lineup for the 2021 Celebration?

General Rules


Festival is all ages. All festival goers (over the age of 6) are required to purchase an event ticket, regardless of age. We do not offer refunds, as all sales are final. You must be accompanied by an adult age 18 years or older if you are 17 years or younger. Accompanying adult can be a friend, family member or guardian. Everyone is subject to search at the gate. Streator's 4th is an outdoor festival and weather conditions will affect the performances of all entertainers and there is a possibility that a particular performer may or may not be able to perform due to circumstances beyond our control. Though we welcome everyone, it is an outdoor festival and weather sometimes is an issue. If you are unable to walk, you are welcome to bring a wheelchair or a medical scooter (no golf carts please) to get around.




Alcohol Sales


Wristbands are required for purchase of alcohol. ID's are required to receive a wristband. Wristband is void if tampered with or damaged. NO wristband sharing. Alcohol must stay in the festival area. No outside alcoholic beverages will be allowed on the grounds; there will be alcoholic beverages available for purchase in the beer garden. Violators may be asked to leave (without any refund) and prohibited beverages will be confiscated.




What is the VIP Section?


General Admission tickets are free for all nights of concerts. VIP (Very Important Party) Section tickets are available for purchase for each night of concerts. VIP Section tickets include access to the closest section to the stage, seperate bars and restrooms and a collectable lanyard. VIP wristbands are required for entry. NO Refund for the purchase of any ticket for any talent cancellations. Festival is rain or shine. Re-entry is allowed. NO chairs are allowed in the VIP section. Prohibited Items


Anything illegal (example: drugs, weapons, explosives, etc.) If you aren’t sure, don’t bring it! Anything disruptive (example: noisemakers, instruments, etc.) Anything dangerous to others (example: Guns, weapons, fireworks, etc.) Kegs or glass containers. No outside alcoholic beverages will be allowed on the grounds; there will be alcoholic beverages available for purchase in the beer garden. Violators may be asked to leave (without any refund) and prohibited beverages will be confiscated. Animals or Pets (Service animals trained to assist individuals are allowed). NO Drones or UAV’s (unmanned aerial vehicle) Golf carts Campfires or open flame Fire Lanterns / Chinese Sky Fire Lanterns / Sky Candles / Fire Balloons Bad attitudes and a lack of respect for your fellow human beings. NO chairs allowed in main stage VIP. NO Strollers allowed in main stage VIP. NO outside bottles, cans, coolers, or pets may be brought into the festival site.




How do I become a vendor?


The Streator’s 4th of July Committee invites you to participate in the 35rd Annual 4th of July Celebration at North Point Shopping Center’s Field on west side of the Theater building. 1. Reservations will be accepted on a first come basis. Fee must accompany registration form to insure a reserved space. Spaces will be assigned according to date received and vendors making payment for all four days will receive priority locations. NO REFUNDS or transfers, unless your application is not accepted and all fees will be considered a donation for the event. WE DO NOT contact vendors once reservation is sent. Vendors will come to the North Point Field on your assigned days and will be given the location. Reservation forms and payment can be mailed to Randy Dominic P.O. Box 191 Streator, Illinois 61364. Any further questions, vendors can call Brad at 815 674 3819 on day of set up to receive location. 2. NO KNIVES, FIREARMS, WEAPONS OR FIREWORKS OF ANY KIND WILL BE SOLD!!! 3. NO ALCOHOL, FOOD, POP/WATER (ASK TO BE A FOOD VENDOR), OR RAFFLES/GAMBLING ITEMS WILL BE SOLD. 4. The 4th of July Committee reserves the right to REJECT any exhibitor upon examination of goods for sale and fee will be kept as a donation. 5. Space size is 12’x 12’ and Vendors will supply tents, tables, props and other basic needs. 6. Vendors needing electricity must specify on application how much is needed to ensure availability as these spaces are limited. Overhead lights may be available upon request. 7. The Streator’s 4th of July Celebration Committee WILL NOT assume responsibility for damages, injury, or loss to applicant’s person or goods from any cause. 8. The Streator’s 4th of July Celebration Committee will provide event insurance along with a Carnival, Food and Beer Tents, and Main Stage with daily/nightly entertainment. 9. Vendor market hours: City Park Dates – 9 am to 5 pm on Saturday, July 3rd, and Sunday, July 4th. Driving in the city park is prohibited and will result in a $100 fine. Parking is available around the park. Vendors may drive into the center of the city park using the paved road to unload. After unloading, vehicles must be moved. Set up begins at 8 am. Check-in at the Plumb Pavilion Stage for booth location. Northpoint Dates - 5 p.m. To Dusk on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, July 7, 8, and 9th, Noon till Dusk on Saturday, July 10th, and Noon till 7 p.m. On Sunday, July 11th. (vendors may open earlier and stay open later but not required). Set up begins at 9 am. Check-in old Midland Bank parking lot at 24 Danny’s Drive for booth location.(vendors may open earlier and stay open later but not required) 10. Vendor Booth Fees: Vendor Booth Fees: $40 one day, $60 for two days, $100 five days with priority locations, and $125 for all 7 days. For vendor applications - please visit our VENDOR page.
